  • Background Screening: Background screening is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and property guidelines.
  • Occupancy: Occupancy limits follow local codes and property guidelines.
  • Application Order: Applications are processed in the order received once all required information is submitted.
  • Accuracy: False or misleading information may result in denial.
